Thespian Technical event

Thespians competing in set design, costume design, or film (I'm not sure about this last): there is a competition this Saturday, December 19, 2009 at 1 PM at MHS, room D 101.

Math Court Rule

Attention COACHES, as discussed at our first meeting at Dan DanElementary School, next school year, we will only have a Regionals event in December.

To qualify for the December Regionals 2010, competitors must have won a ribbon in the January 2010 meet or the March 2010 meet AND a ribbon in any of the meets (probably October 2010 and November 2010) in the upcoming school year. However, not all students will be invited to the March 2010 event as it is also a REGIONALS event.

(In other words, students probably need to compete in the January 2010 event!)

Please advise your students of this rule.

Thespian Competition-November

Reminder: the Thespian competition is Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Kagman High School.

EXCEPT, the costume and set design competitions will be on November 21, 2009.

Math Court November Schedule

The November Math Court competition, scheduled for 11/14/09, will take place at Kagman High School. We are still working on the room assignments so as soon as we get them, we will send it out to you all.

We will start accepting registration fees starting at 12:45-11:15PM. All proctors must be at the site by 1PM. There will be a short briefing from 1:15-1:30PM, and the 6-8 division will start first at 1:30-2:45, [followed by the 9-12 division at 2:45-4:00 PM.] see edit below:

EDIT: all competition (both 6-8 and 9-12) will begin at 1:30PM.

Math Court

This is to remind you that the registration for the November 6-12 Math Court deadline is today, November 6 (Friday). Please remember to send it as a excel format and please include the names of your proctors in the document as well. We will consider the registration incomplete until a proctor's name is given.

Remember to use the codes we sent you to register your competitors. Please don't make up codes yourself, for the format we used for the first event was just temporary.

We sent out an e-mail with attachment that had the new, updated codes for each of your competitors. If you do need codes for new competitors (those who did not compete in the October event), please put "School name's registration: need codes".....ex. "DES's registration: Need Codes" in subject line with school so we can create codes for you.

Remember to give us their name and grade level.

Also, please remember that no changes will be allowed after Wed (no switches or deleting allowed).
